The ACSO secondment programme
ACSO’s secondment programme has operated for a number of years and enables trainees from member organisations to work full or part-time with the team for three or six months.
The scheme works flexibly to ensure that secondees develop their skills and gain a perspective on the wider civil justice system while fulfilling all their training and employment obligations.
ACSO founder members Fletchers, Lyons Davidson, Minster Law and Admiral Law have already participated in the scheme, with the trainees themselves reporting enthusiastically about the experience they have gained, including undertaking original research, drafting consultation responses and briefing materials, participating at meetings with stakeholders and attending events.
