Matthew Maxwell-Scott, Executive Director of the Association of Consumer Support Organisations (ACSO) has welcomed the launch of the Consumer Legal Association (CLA). He said:
"The Consumer Legal Association will give the claimant legal industry the resources and leadership it needs to get on the front foot and present a positive image to consumers, policymakers, regulators, investors and staff alike. I look forward to working with both organisations and their members and helping ensure that barriers to access to justice are brought down and people get the redress they deserve if things go wrong."
