Chris Warner has joined the ACSO executive team as a senior advisor. Chris has significant experience as a consumer champion, specialising in consumer protection and redress. He is currently a Panel Member of the Financial Services Consumer Panel, having previously spent 8 years as a Legal Director at the CMA and, prior to that, 8 years as a senior lawyer at Which?.
At the CMA, Mr Warner’s work was focused on consumer enforcement, consumer protection policy and the CMA's market studies and market investigations. He also has a competition law background. Mr Warner qualified as a solicitor specialising in competition law at Linklaters LLP and spent a number of years there advising on a wide range of UK and EU competition law matters, before joining Which?.
